Native Zoom connection

Zoom AI assistant that stays with the work after the call

Connect Zoom through OAuth, authorize the meeting workflow, and let an AI employee join supported calls. Afterward, the transcript, summary, action items, and client follow-up stay connected.

What the connection does

From authorization to useful work

Context

Authorized Zoom identity

Connect the Zoom account that owns or authorizes the meeting workflow.

Action

Live AI employee

A configured AI employee can join supported meetings as a visible participant.

Trigger

Post-meeting output

Turn the conversation into transcript, summary, action items, and follow-up.

Control

Meeting and consent rules

Host settings, platform requirements, and applicable recording-consent rules still govern the call.

In the product

The meeting stays connected to the dashboard.

The product view keeps scheduled and completed meetings visible, including the employee, room type, time, and status.

Setup

Three steps, with the account owner in control

  1. 01

    Connect Zoom

Complete the Workforce AI Zoom OAuth flow.

  2. 02

    Choose the AI employee

Configure the employee, meeting mode, and supported meeting details.

  3. 03

    Run the meeting workflow

Authorize the call, then review the transcript, recap, action items, and follow-up afterward.

Permission model

What authorization means

  • The Zoom user explicitly authorizes the account connection.
  • The bot is a visible meeting participant.
  • Hosts and participants remain responsible for recording-consent and meeting policies.
Boundaries

Connection limits and requirements

  • Zoom account access is not available before OAuth.
  • Host settings or platform policy can prevent a bot from joining.
  • Teams and Google Meet support should not be inferred from this Zoom page.
Questions

Zoom integration questions

Reviewed July 10, 2026.

Is the Zoom connection live?

Yes. The backend includes native Zoom OAuth, connection management, and meeting-bot services.

What happens after the meeting?

The workflow can produce a transcript, summary, action items, and follow-up work instead of stopping at a recording.

Does the bot record without anyone knowing?

No. Meeting hosts, participants, platform policy, and applicable recording-consent rules still matter. The bot appears as a meeting participant.
